In a Financial Mess?
In this economy, with so many big businesses in trouble, jobs getting lost, and mortgage payments getting adjusted, you’re not alone if you find yourself in a tight spot financially.
If you’re one of the many people having a hard time right now, then hopefully you’ll find ways to resolve the issues. If the problems linger, however, then you’ll probably find yourself dealing with creditors who are itching to collect.
Work with them. Talk to them. Try to resolve the issues.
If those things fail however, or if they pull a stunt like filing for foreclosure, then it’s time to go on the offensive.
The fact is that you can beat your creditors at their own game. And if, like so many others, you’ve tried in good faith to reach deals but have found the creditors unwilling to be reasonable, then take them on with a clean conscience.
