<p>The <a title="Sarasota Tea Party" href="http://www.epiphanydigest.com/2009/04/06/sarasota-tea-party-tax-day-2009/" target="_self">Sarasota Tea Party</a> will be happening at Noon near downtown on tax day. Another group is organizing the Lakewood Ranch Tea Party for later in the day.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In this economy, with so many big businesses in trouble, jobs getting lost, and mortgage payments getting adjusted, you&#8217;re not alone if you find yourself in a tight spot financially.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re one of the many people having a hard time right now, then hopefully you&#8217;ll find ways to resolve the issues. If the problems linger, however, then you&#8217;ll probably find yourself dealing with creditors who are itching to collect.</p>
<p>Work with them. Talk to them. Try to resolve the issues.</p>
<p>If those things fail however, or if they pull a stunt like filing for foreclosure, then it&#8217;s time to go on the offensive.</p>
<p>The fact is that you can <a href="http://beatthecreditors.com/2008/11/creditors-calling-nonstop/" target="_self">beat your creditors</a> at their own game. And if, like so many others, you&#8217;ve tried in good faith to reach deals but have found the creditors unwilling to be reasonable, then take them on with a clean conscience.</p>
